Let's create a little BIG DREAM.

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed through Little Big Dreams. They are written as short and clear as the law allows.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

§ 1 Scope and contracting party

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded through the Little Big Dreams website (little-big-dreams.com) between you as the customer and us. Your contracting party is:

AI.Worx GmbH
Borsigstraße 9
93092 Barbing

Germany. Email: hallo@little-big-dreams.com, phone: +49 9401 8845 5160

Our service is aimed at consumers of legal age. Any terms of your own do not become part of the contract.

§ 2 What we provide

We create a personalised colouring book for a child: an original story in chapters, a colouring picture for each chapter and a full-colour cover, all based on your answers in the questionnaire (the child's name, age group, traits, companion, setting, adventure, ending, message and dedication).

The book is a digital product. You receive it as a PDF file to download and print, and to view in the browser. A printed copy is not part of the service. There are three book lengths: 20 pages with 8 chapters, 32 pages with 14 chapters, 44 pages with 20 chapters.

The story and the pictures are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. Every book is therefore unique, and text and pictures may differ from your expectations in style, detail and execution. The drawn hero is a character based on the questionnaire, not a likeness of your child. One complete remake of the book is included in the price if you do not like the first version; write to the email address above to ask for it.

We check pictures and text for completeness automatically before delivery. Not every book is reviewed by a person.

§ 3 Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the product on the website is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. The order has these steps: you answer the questionnaire, enter your email address, choose the book length and, if you have one, a discount code, confirm your consent to immediate creation and click "Pay now". With that click you make a binding offer. Until then you can change every entry with "Back".

The contract is concluded when we accept your payment and start creating the book. You receive a confirmation by email. With a discount code that covers the full price, the contract is concluded when you click "Create book".

We store the text of the contract. You can view your questionnaire answers and these terms, in the version valid at the time of the contract, on the website at any time. The contract language is German or English, depending on the language you order in.

§ 4 Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros and include German VAT. There are no shipping costs. The price shown at the time of ordering applies.

Payment is made through our payment provider Stripe using the payment methods offered on the payment page, such as credit card, Klarna or Apple Pay. The amount is due on ordering and charged immediately.

Discount codes are valid only for the stated period, where applicable only for a limited number of redemptions, and only one code can be redeemed per order. A code cannot be paid out or applied afterwards. We may withdraw a code that is being misused.

§ 5 Delivery

Creation starts immediately after payment is received and normally takes a few minutes, in exceptional cases up to 24 hours. As soon as the book is ready we send you an email with the link where you can view it and download it as a PDF. Please also check your spam folder.

The book remains available through that link and through your customer account for at least twelve months from purchase. For permanent safekeeping, please save the PDF file yourself.

If creation fails, we inform you by email and try again. If it still fails, we refund the full purchase price to the payment method you used.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are in the withdrawal notice at little-big-dreams.com/en/widerruf.

Please note: the book is digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium. Your right of withdrawal expires once we have started creating the book after you expressly agreed that we start before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) of the German Civil Code). You give that consent at checkout by ticking the box provided. Creation starts immediately after payment.

§ 7 Licence

On full payment you receive a simple, perpetual licence to use the book for private purposes: to view it, download it, print it for your own household and as a gift, and pass it on within the family.

You may not sell, rent out or publish the book or parts of it, present it as your own work on social networks, or use it commercially. Sharing single pages privately, such as a photo of a coloured-in page, is of course fine.

The details you provide, in particular the name and the dedication, remain yours. You grant us the right to use them to create and store your book.

§ 8 Your details

You confirm that your details are accurate, that you are the child's parent or guardian or have the consent of the parent or guardian, and that the name, the dedication and all other entries do not infringe the rights of third parties and contain nothing insulting, violent, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful.

If an order contains such content or breaches the terms of use of our AI providers, we may refuse to create the book. In that case we refund any amount already paid in full.

§ 9 Warranty

The statutory rules on defects in digital products (§§ 327 et seq. of the German Civil Code) apply. A defect exists in particular if the book is incomplete, the file cannot be opened, or the book clearly does not match your questionnaire answers.

Characteristics that result from creation with artificial intelligence are not defects: for example that the drawn hero does not look like your child, that pictures vary slightly in style or detail, or that the story turns out differently from what you imagined. For those cases there is the free remake described in § 2.

In the case of a defect we first remake the book. If that does not succeed, you may reduce the price or withdraw from the contract; we then refund the purchase price.

§ 10 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, in cases of intent and gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act.

In the case of a slightly negligent breach of an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on whose observance you may regularly rely, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.

§ 11 Privacy

How we handle your data and the details about your child is described in our privacy policy at little-big-dreams.com/en/datenschutz. Your child's photo is used only to draw the hero reference, kept in protected storage in the EU until then, deleted immediately afterwards and never used to train AI models. Section 8 of the privacy policy has the details.

§ 12 Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If there is a problem with your book, please write to us first; we almost always find a solution.

§ 13 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you habitually reside in another country of the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country remain unaffected.

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
